Fireplace hall

The capacity of the fireplace hall for banquets is up to 30 people, for weddings, seminars, special dinner and other. Capacity of the hall depends on the arrangement of tables/chairs. We provide table setting, catering, service, decoration, etc. A cloakroom and separate facilities for women and men are available to guests in the fireplace hall. The fireplace hall is equipped with a pull-down screen for a projector and a 75-inch TV. The fireplace hall is available from 14:00 - 22:00 (when renting the entire building, the fireplace hall can be used all night).

The rental price of the fireplace hall = 35 Eur/hour. When renting a fireplace hall for the whole day from 14:00-22:00, the rental price is = 200Eur. On Fridays and Saturdays + 50 Eur.

Rent of the entire guest house with hall for one day from 14:00 to 12:00 the next day = in the winter season: 1500Eur (October 1 to April 30); In the summer season: 2000Eur (01 May to 30 September). Summer season prices apply on public holidays. Special discounts may apply to any order. Please ask for an offer and we will prepare the best for you.

Small party tent

Small party tent available for up to 30 people celebrations. It is equipped with electricity, grill, tables and benches.  A children's playground, a football goal and a fire pit are available to guests. As an additional service, we provide table setting, catering, inflatable attractions, a hot tub and other options upon request. The location is the territory of Kärklu manor and approximately 2.6 km from Jelgava city center.

Party tent rental minimum for 3 hours = 60Eur + 15Eur for each subsequent hour. Or 200Eur for 22 hours (14:00-12:00) .

The big party place

We offer a party tent for your celebration, children's or other party. Tent area 100m2, seats at the tables will be enough for +/-100 people. There is a surrounding area and a stage for seating up to 200 people. Additionally available, tea, coffee, drinks, manor cuisine, pastry and service. Inflatable trampoline, animators for children's parties, event managers for adult events, table setting, decoration, sauna, hot tub, etc. Tent places for overnight stays in nature and 12 well-equipped rooms in the Karklu manor hotel are available for an additional fee.

Rules for booking the venue in Hotel Karklu Manor

It is with the utmost responsibility that we offer you the rental of an event or celebration venue with or without additional services. The rental prices of the celebration venues we offer are publicly available. Prices are without VAT. In order to reserve the venue of your choice, on the date and time of your interest, we expect a 30% advance payment. After receiving the advance payment, we close the chosen venue at the time you need, reserving it for you. So this place is no longer available to anyone else. The advance paid is non-refundable. If you want to cancel the reservation under any circumstances, we keep the full amount of the advance payment and it will not be refunded. At least 30 days before the day of the event, we will send you an invoice for the payment of the remaining amount. If this invoice is not paid within the specified time, we have every right to cancel your reservation and transfer it to someone else. You can cancel your reservation by sending a free-form application to the e-mail address: [email protected] and receive a refund (except for the advance payment) if there are more than 30 calendar days left until the reservation date. You can move the reservation to another date if there are no less than 15 days left until the reservation date (if the new desired date is available). In this case, it will not be possible to receive a refund for canceling the reservation at any time. We publish these rules to avoid misunderstandings about cancellations. If you have made a reservation, we are sure that you have read our terms and conditions and we do not accept any claims,  we are not responsible for the fact that you were not informed of these terms. We wish to you and for us too, that no circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the promises we made to each other.
